HOW TO ACCESS OUR COLLECTIONS FOR RESEARCH
There are two options for accessing our collections for research: in person or through a Research Request. We ask that you fill out our Research Request Form for either option.
In- Person Research
Members may use our research library during our regular business hours at no cost. Non - members may visit the library for a fee of $20 . We ask that you schedule your visit ahead of time so that we can locate information for you beforehand and you can maximize your time with us.
Online Research Request
If you are unable to visit us in person or prefer that we conduct the research on your behalf, we are happy to help! Our team offers research services for a fee of $20 for members and non-members. Members will receive one free research request per year.

Please remember that while we will do our best to fulfill all requests, we may not always have the information that you’re looking for. Your research fees support our ongoing efforts of preserving, maintaining and celebrating the rich and varied history of the Lower Naugatuck Valley including preserving collections, maintaining the David Humphreys House and providing educational programs to our community.

We will contact you to let you know if we can assist you or to schedule your appointment to visit the Marion O’Keefe Research Library. At this time, we will ask that you pay your research fee.
