Items served this afternoon may include but are subject to change: beef stew\, homemade butter and toasted bread\, pineapple upside down cake\, sausage and peppers\, squash soup\, applesauce and cranberry orange punch. This is not a meal\, just an opportunity to get a taste of open hearth cooking. \n  \nEntrance fees will be collected at the door and do not need to be prepaid but we do ask that you RSVP to info@derbyhistorical.org with your interest so we can prepare enough for everyone. \n  \n
